2015-2019

I became fascinated with concrete following design school. I started freelancing in an art community called "Big Art Labs" and had many artist and design friends in "The Brewery Art Complex" east of Downtown Los Angeles. I saw the popularity in concrete aesthetically right away. Something that traditionally falls underfoot could be elevated and be an element in the environment worth celebrating. I partnered with my close friend Sergio Romero and founded a successful concrete design and fabrication studio. We worked on many notable projects over the years. I do believe that when I decided to move a different direction in my design path during the pandemic, that Sergio and I where making the finest concrete countertops, sinks and terrazzo in the City of Angels. Our custom concrete clients included Rocky Morton,Chris Pine,and Diane Keaton. A notable terrazzo bar is in Culver City at a restaurant called Piccalilli.
