Gensler’s Design Strategist Development (DSD) Program is an 18-month, in-office, professional training program geared towards high performers considering a future career in design strategy. The DSD Program is focused on accelerating the development of well-rounded strategists, who will contribute to the growth of Gensler’s Strategy practice across the globe.This is the dossier that I submitted for the program. Although I did not get selected to participate, the practice in design was a process that I look back on with joy.
